Phat Sals is renowned for its delicious food and welcoming atmosphere. Shelby and TJ had always been fans of Phat Sals while working in the restaurant and were thrilled at the opportunity to take it over when the previous owners were looking to sell. Their vision was to enhance the already great menu, offering customers a wider variety of options and flavors. They knew that in order to do this, they needed a talented executive chef to help bring their vision to life.

Bringing Kaleb onboard was the perfect addition to the team. Kaleb also happens to be TJ's husband. He is passionate about food and has a creative flair, always coming up with new and exciting dishes to add to the menu. With his expertise, Phat Sals now offers a variety of new subs, homemade soups, pasta specials, and, of course, the new customer favorite – smoked wings, which are smoked in-house daily.

All dishes are made with the highest quality ingredients. Despite the changes, Shelby and TJ have maintained the family-oriented atmosphere that Phat Sals is known for. They have worked hard to ensure that the restaurant remains a welcoming place where customers can enjoy delicious food in a comfortable and relaxed setting.

Although buying an existing restaurant can be a lot of work, Shelby and TJ have enjoyed growing it to where it is now. They have managed to elevate an already great menu, build a team of passionate and talented individuals, and still maintain the welcoming atmosphere that customers have come to love over the past 2 years. We can't wait to see what the future has in store and welcome everyone to our westside family.
